SOL credits
Check your balance, purchase credits, and review usage.
Owners and Admins can see the organization’s SOL credit balance in Settings › Administration › Billing, under Seats and add-ons. Credit history lists purchases and usage.
Buy credits
- Click Buy SOL credits.
- Enter a whole number in Quantity.
- Wait for the price, then review Price per credit, Total, and the saved payment method.
- Click Pay with the displayed amount to confirm the purchase.
- Review the receipt and click Done.
Changing the quantity updates the quote. A successful card payment adds the credits to the balance. For a bank payment, the dialog shows when the credits will be added after the payment clears.
If a payment fails or needs verification, follow the message and use Billing to update the payment method.
Use credits
Features that use SOL credits show the charge before you confirm. This includes capacity tests and supported paid modeling or export actions.
Engineering and IX package vouchers are listed separately from SOL credits. Review the access dialog for the specific design to see whether a seat, voucher, or credit purchase applies. Ask through Concierge if your team needs a different plan.
