# Integrations and API keys

Connect imagery and weather providers, transfer designs, and manage named keys.

Source: https://docs.staging.solesca.com/system/integrations/

Open **Settings › Features › Integrations**. Connections are shared by your organization. Owners and Admins manage credentials and API keys.

## Provider connections

The page includes imagery and weather connections such as Nearmap, SolarAnywhere, Solcast, and Solargis. Open the provider's card and supply the credentials from that provider.

Use the connection switch to pause or resume a supported connection. Read the disconnect confirmation before removing credentials. A configured connection still needs the appropriate access with the provider.

Nearmap supplies an imagery option in [Map layers](https://docs.staging.solesca.com/editor/map/). Weather providers supply choices for energy modeling.

## Partner integrations

Use the Energy Toolbase or PVBid connection to obtain the key for that integration. Follow the instructions on the card to connect the other service.

The HelioScope transfer action brings supported designs into Solesca. Review transferred equipment, geometry, and assumptions before relying on the result.

## Custom API keys

1. Under **Custom API keys**, click **New key**.
2. Give it a name that identifies the application or purpose.
3. Create the key and copy it when it is shown.
4. Store it securely in the application that needs it.

The full key is shown only when created. Use separate named keys for separate applications so each can be revoked independently.

To stop a key, use its **Revoke** action and confirm **Revoke key**. Update any application using that key before revoking it if the connection needs to continue.

## API documentation

Under **API documentation**, click **Contact us** and describe what you are building. Solesca provides the relevant documentation on request.
